This gorgeous wearable art masterpiece statement necklace was designed by
Larry Verba for Miriam Haskell. He was the head designer of Miriam Haskell between 1970-1978.
The necklace is 16 " long + plus there is 3" long beaded tail extender.
Total length from end to end is 20 inch long with Miriam Haskell signed bird hook clasp and 2 end connectors.
It's circular design lay on neckline perfectly as seen in photos. The drop line is about 4" all around.
This is a very large and beautiful Egyptian Revival Royal Empire wearable art museum masterpiece statement necklace.
Absolutely rare find.
It is made of art glass beads in lapis and turquoise blue , coral red , golden amber art glass beads, lots of gold gilt metal beads, large lapis oval stones in settings, and there are 7 large focal gilt metal medallions. The oval lapis stones with amber beads create 7 sunburst type of motifs on horizon line, those may present their all previous kings in history.
he necklace is in ready to wear in excellent vintage condition.
